The following is a brief guide to carrying out maintenance work on some of our machines. For any further information please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Support Manager.

01. Steam loss from the trigger handle, extension cables or accessories.

If you detect steam loss from the trigger handle, extension cables or accessories:

If you detect steam loss from the boiler cap make sure the cap is screwed on correctly.

If you detect steam loss from the boiler cap make sure the cap is screwed on correctly.

05. Steam loss from the boiler cap (Black Hawk)

If you detect steam loss from the boiler cap make sure the cap is screwed on correctly.

06. Steam loss from the Black Hawk nozzle (12 Volt)

First check that the nozzle is properly inserted.    

07. Steam loss from the power connector on the body of the machine

If you detect steam loss from the power connector (12 Volt) on the body of the machine.

08. Suction engine does not work or works intermittently

Possible cause: a failure in the suction motor.

09. Suction engine turns on, but does not suck

Suction engine turns on, but does not suck; the the float rises but suction stops.

10. Suction engine turns on, but does not suck.

Possible cause: a suction malfunction; something is preventing suction.

11. The floor is not perfectly dry

Possible cause: not using the broom at the correct angle.
